How do I place an order?

When you’ve found the items you want to buy, click on the ‘ADD TO BAG” button. This will automatically put the items in your basket. You can then see and edit items at any time by going to the bag icon in the top right-hand corner. If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click on the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” button to complete your order. Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you do not receive this, we advise to first check your junk mail and if it’s not there then email us on info@tipinojewellery.com.

What payment methods do Tipino accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

What do I do if there is a problem with my order?

Just email us at info@tipinojewellery.com and we will help as quickly as possible.

Can I amend my order?

If you contact us within an hour of placing the order it may be possible to amend your order. If it’s regarding changing the delivery address we would suggest emailing us straight away. However, if you want to add another item to your order, we suggest placing a separate order and then informing us, so we can combine your orders.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item in my order?

We do all we can to make sure we get your order right, but we could occasionally make mistakes. If this happens, please fill out the return form specifying that the wrong item was sent and which item you expected to receive and include this in your return parcel. We will of course refund you for the return postage. Please ensure that you keep your proof of postage and receipt when you return the item so that we can reimburse you the correct amount. Absolutely! Just email us at info@tipinojewellery.com and we will confirm.

Our promotions/discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not valid on any sale items.

Do Tipino products contain nickel?

No, our products are all nickel, cadmium and lead free.

No need! All Tipino products come in one size only and are all adjustable.
