  • next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm* (Monday to Friday)
  • 2 days for orders placed after 2pm* (Monday to Friday)

Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey:

  • signed only £5.50
  • 3-5 days for delivery*

Tracking

A confirmation email, containing your order number, will be sent to you immediately after your purchase. If you have a registered account, you may view the status of your order after you receive a confirmation email.

Returns

Returns

You can return any unworn / unused item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which they were received with their own tag intact and must be accompanied by the return form.

Tipino will not accept returns of any items that have been worn or have had their own tags removed. Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.

For hygiene reasons earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.

Our policy lasts 14 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 14 days of receiving your order.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

European Returns: Please ensure that you state you are "returning to seller" in the reason for export field on your postage label. We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service for return as we cannot refund/exchange items that don't reach us safely. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note we do NOT refund international customs taxes and sales charges.

If returning a faulty item from abroad we will cover return postage if agreed, but we cannot pay more than €15 for return postage at any one time, if the cost for return is over €15 the customer is liable for the extra charge.

Products will be refunded after we inspected them. The whole return process may take up to 2-3 weeks.

We'll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
